I’ve made a career out of having a slightly different take on things. Mostly my focus has been on connecting with consumers in a meaningful way, and improving experiences and operations through the confluence of design, good marketing, intelligent process and technology.

I hold a Masters degree from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), and I’m also a very satisfied customer of the Executive MBA program at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. When I’m not thinking of things that make me go “Hmm” , I like to spend my time with my family and amusing myself with  martial arts and rugby.

Drop me a line – I’d love to hear your thoughts.
