socialNotions, Inc. was founded by Devon Ferreira in 2009 to help brands and filmmakers take advantage of recent advances in social media and mobile applications to find and engage their target audience.

Our mission is to bring true micro-personalization to consumer marketing, and to give brands and filmmakers the tools they need to have meaningful conversations with consumers and leave a lasting positive impression that is relevant, personal and emotional.

Social and mobile marketing is our focus, but we also offer products and services that enable conversation-based campaigns across the marketing spectrum. This includes effective integration with offline campaigns and media planning. We also offer marketing engineering services and are well-versed in more traditional marketing analysis techniques such as segmentation, diffusion modeling, customer valuation and consumer choice analysis. Devon Ferreira Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Devon arrived in the USA in 1997 - fresh off the boat from South Africa - with a full-ride scholarship, two suitcases and nowhere to sleep the night. Since then, he’s applied his analytical and creative sensibilities, along with a common-sense understanding of what consumers want, to help marquee brands across the globe take advantage of new developments in marketing and operations. In doing so, he’s helped companies in fields as diverse as apparel, consumer goods, media & entertainment, manufacturing, and financial services improve the way they connect and interact with consumers, employees and partners. Devon and and his work have featured in Business Week, Fox Business News, CNET, Portfolio and several other tier one publications.

Adam Collis Chief Creative Officer

Adam is an award winning film director and entrepreneur. He graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Religion. He then went to the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television where he directed the award winning short film, Mad Boy, I'll Blow Your Blues Away.Six months after film school, Adam was hired to direct the 20th Century Fox feature film, Sunset Strip, whichstarred Simon Baker, Anna Friel, Jared Leto, Nick Stahl and Adam Goldberg. The film was produced by Art Linson (Into the Wild, Fight Club, Heat, The Untouchables) and told the story of the Los Angeles rock 'n roll scene circa 1972.

Scott is a seasoned movie executive and currently holds the title of Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning under Joe Roth at privately-held financing and production company, Revolution Studios. Prior to this, Scott was a co-founder at Conception Entertainment and prior to that was a Creative Executive at Artisan Entertainment. His strong background in business planning, operations, business development and strategic partnerships is invaluable to SocialNotions, and he has been central to many of the key relationships we hold.
